Privacy
How VexylCloud collects, uses, stores, and protects information.
This Privacy Policy explains how VexylCloud handles information when you visit the website, submit a demo or contact request, participate in a product evaluation, or use the platform under a commercial agreement.
Sales and evaluation data
Name, company, work email, phone number, estimated device counts, protected mailbox counts, and other evaluation detail you provide through forms, email, or meetings.
Technical and website data
Server logs, diagnostics, referrers, page requests, security events, and first-party analytics used to operate, secure, and improve the website.
Customer platform data
Operational, administrative, and service data processed on behalf of customers when VexylCloud is used to deliver contracted services.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, schedule demos, and run evaluation conversations
- To operate, secure, monitor, and improve the website and platform
- To deliver contracted services, support workflows, and customer success activity
- To investigate incidents, prevent abuse, and enforce security or acceptable-use expectations
- To meet legal, contractual, accounting, or compliance obligations
How we share information
VexylCloud uses service providers for hosting, DNS and edge protection, email delivery, observability, and platform operations. Current core providers are listed on the Subprocessors page. Information is shared with providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the website, support the product, or deliver contracted services.
Data retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, maintain operational and security records, satisfy contractual commitments, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the service, workflow, or applicable obligation.
Cookies and analytics
The public website uses first-party analytics and operational logging to understand traffic, measure conversion activity, protect the site, and improve the buyer journey. These tools are used for website operations and evaluation insight rather than cross-site advertising networks.
Security
VexylCloud uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service model and the nature of the data involved. Details about access controls, monitoring, backups, and provider oversight are summarized in the Trust Center.
International processing
Depending on the providers involved and the services in use, information may be processed in more than one jurisdiction. Where applicable, VexylCloud relies on provider controls, contractual mechanisms, and service architecture choices appropriate to the relevant data flow.
Your choices and requests
You may contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, export, or additional information about the way your information is handled, subject to applicable law, security requirements, and contractual limitations.
This Privacy Policy is part of the public trust surface and may be supplemented or superseded by a signed agreement, DPA, or customer-specific privacy terms where applicable.
Changes
VexylCloud may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
